Customer Success Engineer(Night Shift)

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science and Engineering
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a software engineering, customer success or technical support role.
  • Previous experience in SAAS sales is highly desirable
  • Strong technical background and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
  • Strong knowledge of working with APIs, and SDKs and proven experience with building solutions using APIs
  • Development experience with any of Python/C/Java/Go or any language is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Self-driven and proactive
