Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success Manager at Mojro, located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA or related field
  • 4 years of experience as a CSM in an early stage SaaS start up
  • Ability to develop and Manage given portfolio of accounts
  • Ability to sustain Business growth and profitability by maximising value
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
  • Experience is improving Product adoption
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Experience in TMS and Visibility solutions will be a added advantage
  • Collaborative mind set and team player with ability to multitask preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
