Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success Manager at Mojro, located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
