Job Description

Location - Mumbai

JD as follows:

  • Understanding and basic knowledge of Indian Stock Exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX) & sound understanding of Indian Financial Markets i.e. Equity, Derivative, Commodities. Preferably NISM certificate.
  • Understanding for Stock Market trading platforms used in Indian financial markets.
  • Handle support requests from customers - Provide Technical support to customers and follow up with customers via phone and email for reported cases.
  • Entry level understanding of MS SQL general operations and SQL query execution will be added advantage.
  • Customer Focused approach and positive attitude.
  • Good communication Skills
