Director -Software Quality Assurance

Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Quality Assurance with extensive experience in n SaaS / On-Premises product testing and preferably having background in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will lead our QA strategy, driving excellence in automation, performance testing, and customer-focused quality management.

Exposure to AI model testing is a strong advantage for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall QA strategy for Cleareye products, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of product testing, including functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing, ensuring delivery of high-quality products.
  • Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Develop testing solutions for complex integrations, ensuring seamless functionality across diverse systems, platforms, and customer environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to address quality challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage performance testing initiatives to ensure system scalability and reliability under various conditions.
  • Handle QA interactions with customers, addressing quality concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI model testing and integrate these practices into the QA process where applicable.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in QA leadership roles within product companies / FinTech industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in automation tools (e., Selenium, Postman, or similar) and performance testing frameworks (e., JMeter).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
  • Exposure to AI/ML testing frameworks and methodologies (preferred).
  • Excellent customer handling and communication skills, with the ability to represent QA in client interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor QA teams, fostering skill development and high performance.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience working with SaaS / On-Premises products / FinTech solutions is essential.
  • Experience in testing AI/ML models is a plus.
