The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of customer intelligence platforms.

You'll play a crucial role in making complex AI and data analytics capabilities intuitive and accessible to users across organizations, directly contributing to our mission of democratizing customer data access.

• Bridge the gap between sophisticated AI capabilities and user-friendly enterprise solutions.
• Shape how organizations across industries understand and act on customer insights.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise-grade features that simplify customer data analysis and visualization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate customer needs and data insights into innovative solutions.
• Develop user flows and interactions that make AI-powered analytics approachable and valuable.
• Create and iterate on prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex data interactions.
• Contribute to our design system to ensure consistent, scalable experiences.
• Champion user-centered design practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise applications, preferably in AI/ML-powered SaaS domains.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with making complex workflows intuitive.
• Expertise in modern design tools (preferred Figma).
• Proven experience with information architecture and user research.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and understanding enterprise needs.

Desired Experience

• Background in designing SaaS products.
• Experience with AI/ML products.
• Enterprise software design experience.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields :

• User Experience Design.
• Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Interaction Design.
• Or related design discipline.

OR.

• Equivalent professional experience in UX/product design (typically 4+ additional years of hands-on experience beyond the base requirement).

Technical Toolkit

• Design : Figma (Preferred).
• Documentation : Jira/Confluence.
• Prototyping and interaction design tools.
• Data visualization design experience.
