A Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is a software engineer who is responsible for ensuring that a company's technology infrastructure is highly available, scalable, and performing optimally. SREs play a critical role in maintaining the stability, reliability, and security of technology systems and services. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business and technical requirements. 
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that systems are designed for reliability and scalability. 
• Develop, implement, and maintain automated processes for infrastructure management and deployment. 
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. 
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. 
• Work with other teams to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime. 
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides. 
• Develop and implement security measures to protect the company's technology systems. 
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and experience with cloud computing technologies. 
• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, and code development. 
• Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). 
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Bash). 
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data storage technologies. 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Familiarity with network protocols and security technologies. 
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana).
