Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance with at least seven to ten years progressive finance and accounting experience required, preferably in a large organization
An MBA and CPA Certification are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with general ledger, P&L and Balance Sheet
Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
Ability to identify areas of under-performance and agree plans to rectify
Demonstrate experience of design and implementation of business process with a continuous improvement mindset. Must be initiative-taking, pragmatic, and able to work independently. Diligent and strong attention to detail
Strong influencing skills, able to problem solve and find effective and timely resolutions
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to share knowledge, coach and collaborate effectively with individuals and other departments
Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to multitask and ruthlessly prioritize
Financial experience in a manufacturing environment and service-based organization are highly desirable
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, prior experience of SAP preferred but not essential. Able to protect and handle confidential personnel information
