Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend/Software Engineer with over 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux) and a solid understanding of backend development (SQL, MongoDB). Experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) is highly desirable. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React and Redux.
• Collaborate with backend developers to design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work with SQL and MongoDB databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend and backend development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with React and Redux.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Good to have:

• Experience with other frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express).
