Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of features/modules end to end.
• Designing a flexible and scalable approach for each new feature by considering the current requirements and existing product limitations.
• Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack.
• Choosing appropriate data stores, designing code architecture, and appropriate deployment models for each new feature.
• Profiling and improving fullstack performance and documenting fullstack codebase.
• Setting up appropriate processes, and using appropriate tools to help team members collaborate better.
• Performing API services to integrate new applications with existing software systems to increase development speed.
• Evangelising coding practices, techniques, etc via Tech talks and blog posts

Key Skills/Education & Experience:

• 4 years of experience working as a full-stack developer.
• Profound knowledge of Python,Node Js, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end and back-end languages.
• Specialized in using REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with browser-based debugging,performance testing software and user Interface design
• Good understanding of agile best practices, SCRUM, Devops, etc.
• Proficient understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of various design patterns, microservices, etc.
• Experience in designing high-available, scalable, low-latency applications is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar and good understanding of computer science fundamentals.
