What You’ll Do

• Lead AI Development: Design and build AI systems for tasks like real-time transcription, symptom analysis, and provider matching.
• Implement RAG Workflows: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for intelligent, context-aware outputs.
• Engineer with LangChain: Leverage LangChain to create dynamic, scalable AI solutions.
• Master Prompt Engineering: Craft and refine prompts to optimize AI performance and scalability.
• Build Data Systems: Manage and optimize data stores like Pinecone and Postgres to handle real-time applications.
• Deploy Intelligent Agents: Create and deploy multi-agent systems to enable smart automation and decision-making.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to align AI solutions with user needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Understands AI at Scale: You’re experienced in building AI systems that are scalable, reliable, and impactful.
• Masters RAG Systems: You’ve worked with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and can bring this expertise to life.
• Excels in Data Management: Tools like Pinecone, Postgres, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP are second nature to you.
• Thinks Like a Problem Solver: Ambiguity doesn’t scare you—it excites you. You turn challenges into opportunities.
• Has Startup Spirit: You thrive in fast-paced environments, love building from scratch, and know how to wear multiple hats.
