Job Description

Networking: Setting up and maintaining local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and ensuring seamless connectivity across devices.

Hardware Support: Troubleshooting and maintaining office equipment such as computers, printers, and other peripherals.

Software Support: Assisting with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications.

Security: Ensuring basic cybersecurity measures are in place, such as antivirus updates and firewall configurations.

User Support: Providing timely technical assistance to employees for IT-related issues.

System Maintenance: Performing regular updates, backups, and monitoring of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications Required

Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Good communication skills to assist non-technical staff.
