IT Support Services Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Services Analyst to join our central Access Management team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn and engage with a variety of technologies during daily Access Management activities across the enterprise e.g. provisioning, decommissioning, access reviews and integration. Additionally, the role will introduce you to a range of IAM concepts such as privileged access, governance and compliance and entitlement auditing.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • University or College education in Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of overall IT experience
  • Technical knowledge of the below
    • Windows, Unix, Linux,
    • OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM
    • AWS IAM, LDAP, Okta
  • Experience in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • ITIL Foundation level or similar is required. Ability to participate in discussions across different levels in the organization.

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • 1+ years of experience with Identity Management solutions such as CA IDM, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and drive solution design and architecture.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform, ideally including integration hub

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Engaging in all aspects of Access Management from software deployment to licence provisioning and rights management
  • Participate in security audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our compliance posture
  • Making improvements to the current processes with a focus on automation
  • Partner with application, technology, and security teams across Clarivate to provide technical expertise and drive solutions following best practices.
  • Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation, or requirements for associated works.

About The Team
The Access Management team is medium-sized central support function with team members based in different cities across India. This role reports into the Senior Team Lead, Access Management.
