As a Lead Consultant, Partner Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of tenants or platform instances for partner resources to train on. You will also play a pivotal role in helping our partner associates upskill on a continuous basis. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of these entities, fostering positive relationships, and upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

What you will do:

Tenant Management:

• Work on tenant requests and approvals for partner training.

• Internal partner portal maintenance including but not limiting to providing access, uploading new content and partner communication.

• Maintain accurate records of tenant/platform interactions, service requests, and resolutions

• Provisioning of o9 partner environments to partners for o9 practice build, GTM demos

• Provisioning o9 tenants to partners (o9 partner tenants)

• User management in o9 partner tenants

• Backup and restore of o9 partner tenants

• Monitoring o9 platform environments for health check

• Adding capacity to o9 partner environments

• Restoring and building PMM reference tenants for o9 partners

• Providing config1.0 config and data files for different solutions

• Setup config2.0 and int3.0 in o9 partner tenants

• Partner communication when there is unavailability of o9 environments due to scheduled maintenance, upgrade activities

• Work with o9 DevOps, RD, WebAPI, Integration, Config2.0, etc., teams for incident and request management

• Work with SecOps team for Penetration testing reports and share with partners if needed and fix security vulnerabilities as needed

• Follow o9 platform release and work with DevOps team for o9 platform upgrades/fixes

• Work with Portfolio and provide needed config/data files and help partners in building o9 tenants for GTM demos

Partner Skill Development

• Work closely with education services to maintain & refresh the training list.

• Recommend learning path as per project requirement to the partner associates.

• Provide guidance on learning material and resources to partner associates.

• Facilitate enrolment (o9 academy) and ensure approval and attendance is monitored and reported

• Record training/certifications of the profiles presented by partners.

Reporting & Analytics

• Provide reporting and analysis on service desk tickets

• Arrive at regular reporting and analysis on partner training status by role and share with partner organizations

What you should possess:

• 6-7 years’ of overall experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proficiency in using tenant or platform management tools and systems.

• Familiarity with software deployment, configuration management, and monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with o9 SaaS Solutions - DP, SP, IBP, CT. MEIO, NGP, NPI, RGM, Planning and Analytics Supplier Collaboration is desired

• Good Understanding of ISV SaaS ecosystem - Customers, Partners (SI, Tech, Cloud, Resellers)

• Experience with customer relationship management and support ticketing systems.

• Experience conducting partner webinars

• Working knowledge in supply chain industry is desired

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation

• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both process and domain

• Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure

• Ability to take complete ownership of the work and deliver with minimal oversight

• Relevant certification in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) or platform management (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Administrator) is a plus.
