Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Lead to drive the development and enhancement of our AI-driven accounting platform. As the Product Lead, you will be the technical backbone of our product development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product, ensuring it aligns with our vision and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including founders, engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility, optimal resource allocation, and efficient execution of product plans.
• Conduct regular product reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance product performance and user experience.
• Monitor key product metrics and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide support to internal teams and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Lead or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to create exceptional user experiences.
• Experience in the accounting or fintech industry is a plus but not required.
