Lead SDET Skillset

• Extensive development and testing experience, writing C# code and SQL experience are required.
• 13 plus years in IT (Automation: 8 years)
• Advanced knowledge and experience on REST APIs and web services and experience with Postman.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure ADO, JIRA and other test Management tools is required, knowing Xray test management is a plus.
• Data validation experience.
• Experienced with Grid or Docker servers/set up.
• Advanced Automation experience using Visual Studio, C#, using RestSharp, HttpClient and Selenium
• Experienced working in an agile/scrum model, understanding and experience with SaFe method is a plus.
• Strong abilities for debugging and troubleshooting codes, Application, or bugs.
• Strong capability to build platform performance and testing and analysis framework.
• Able to work with multiple teams, such as Development, DevOps, Release management to coordinate and sync and resolve any level issues for the system if any.
• Mortgage experience desired.
• Empower LOS experience a plus.

SDET / Sr. SDET

Basic Requirement :

• Good at Coding (C#/Java is preferable with OOPS, Collections Framework etc.), Automation Framework understanding (BDD/Hybrid), GIT commands, Selenium concepts, API testing(both manual(using Postman/Swagger) and automation
• Rest sharp/Rest Assured), SQL testing using Joins, Agile Methodology, and other related testing concepts with Good communication skills.

The criteria you can look for while screening the profile for initial round of interview :

• Check with the candidates on the above skills and ask them to rate them on a scale of 5(high) and select candidates whose rating is above 3 or 3.5.
• Automation using Selenium (with C#/Java) in the recent 2 to 3 projects will be preferable as the candidate will be aware of the related concepts.
• Candidate using Tools/Technologies like Javascript, Playwright, QTP, Ranorex etc., is given lesser priority and may not be selected by client.
• Profiles with multiple company shifts (e.g., 7 years and 5 company shifts) in less time is not considered for initial level as we feel they will not be able to take ownership of the work.
