Description

The engineer will be a part of core product development team for EZCall product which is a specialized Scheduling domain product for Hospitals to schedule Doctors and Staff allocation on mostly all hospital functions especially rooms and patients.
 

• Participates in development, defect analysis, impact analysis activities and ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
• Develop expertise on the domain and underlying architecture of the product.
• Proactively collaborate with all stakeholders to reduce turnaround time for a better Customer experience while working on any new feature of analysis
• Work on security and product improvements as well on priority
• Interpret informal requirements descriptions and detail them for implementation by the team
• Keep updated with the technology concepts and ensure compliance to best practices for coding.
• Achieve and maintain individual story points velocity in each sprint

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science with at least 60% throughout academics
• 5 - 8yrs' IT experience
• More than 3yrs of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience to develop backend using Ruby on Rails
• Exp. in Object-oriented analysis, design and programming, Web-Socket programming, database modelling, etc
• Should have experience in solving React JS, RoR and database performance issues.
• Having knowledge about Web Services, ReactJS, Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ is added advantage
• Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools
• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns
• Exposure to database techniques/tools such as data modelling, MySQL, SQL, etc
• Conversant with platforms, tools and frameworks used in application development
• Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skills for quick problem solving
• Good Communication and Collaboration Skills
