·         Responsible for leading efforts that ensure high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of Saviynt product offerings.

·         Closely work with product teams and ensure delivery of product documentation for all Saviynt products and solutions.

·         Understand the technical writing process and possess the technical expertise to explain complex technical concepts.

·         Create and maintain online help, user guides, API documentation, and other types of documentation.

·         Possess good communication, leadership, and project planning skills.

·         Demonstrate an expert-level proficiency in using documentation tools and standards.

·         Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current trends in technical communication.

·         Responsible for scoping documentation assignments, define customer requirements for documentation projects, and create documentation plans and schedules.

·         Deliver to documentation releases on time.

·         Possess strong problem-solving and organizational and project leadership skills to effectively track and manage assignments, including the ability to estimate, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively.

·         Have strong commitment to teamwork and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.

·         Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics/forms of content.

·         Work with the technical support team on customer feedback and solutions to improve product documentation for a better customer experience.

·         Ensure all-around consistency in technical clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistent terminology, and style in documentation.

·         Mentor and coach technical writers.

Experience

  • Minimum 10-15 years of technical writing experience in a product company
  • Strong PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MadCap Flare, other publishing software, and screen capture tools.
  • Experience working on Identity and Access Management (IAM) (desirable)
  • Experience working with agile software development methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in copy-editing and proofreading

 Education/ Training Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Information Design, or a related field

Certification in Technical Writing, Information Design, or a related area
