Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or in a similar role, preferably with [X] years of experience.

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
