Basic Qualifications:
13+ years web application development experience
At least 3+ years experience in people managemnet
Proven track record (5+ years) of shipping products with high quality and on-time
Strong API build , design and integration experience
Experience leading teams using agile development methodologies (Lean/Scrum/Kanban)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Adobe AEM development
Proficiency in Full stack development technologies: Server Side(Java/Spring/Go) and Frontend (React/Angular etc)
Experience in one of the public cloud providers (AWS or GCP)
Salesforce Administration knowledge is a plus
Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and web development technologies
