Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with 5 years of marketing automation experience in Marketo to join our Panchkula office. As a Marketo specialist, you will be working closely with designers, developers and project managers. This role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through Marketo. The ideal candidate should be technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications.

Skills

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing automation, demonstrating a deep understanding of its principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Marketo automation tools is essential, with additional experience in other platforms like Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, or SFMC being advantageous.
  • Ability to conceptualize, template, execute, and report on marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns and email nurture programs, as well as proficiency in social media management.
  • Strong proficiency in database management and segmentation, with additional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL being beneficial.
  • Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred, with front-end development skills like AJAX and JavaScript-based frameworks considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, particularly Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and insights to diverse stakeholders.
     

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:
 

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders including functional groups, management, clients.
  • Well-versed in new technologies.
  • Proficient in managing project adjustments efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that meet customer requirements as well as company goals.
  • Coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during project phases from initial development through implementation.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
     

Qualifications

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information Security Controls according to the implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the Organization.
  • Report to immediate Reporting Manager/Supervisor related to incidents, suggestions, issues related to ISMS.
