Job Title: Mobile Automation Tester with Java and Appium

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Automation Tester with a strong background in Java and Appium to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mobile application testing, with a focus on automation.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test automation scripts using Java and Appium for mobile applications.

2. Collaborate with the development team to define and implement test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

3. Analyze and troubleshoot defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

4. Continuously improve and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.

5. Monitor and report on test coverage, test results, and overall project progress.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile testing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application testing, with a focus on automation.

3. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Appium framework.

4. Familiarity with other testing tools and frameworks, such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium.

5. Experience with mobile operating systems, including Android and iOS.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

8. Willingness to work in Hyderabad.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other mobile testing tools, such as Espresso or XCTest.

2. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
