Job Summary

As part of Oracle Quoting & Advanced pricing IT support team, identified analyst will be responsible to support NetApp Quoting team. He/she will support production issues reported in Q2O (Quote to order) flow. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that the Q2O process is executed efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements

• Triage and resolve incidents reported on Q2O domain.
• Perform data fixes as required to ensure Quotes are progressed.
• Generate reports by executing SQL/PLSQL queries as per requirements given by Sales (Admin) teams.
• Support multiple NetApp releases of Quoting & Pricing tool.
• Strong in SQL and PL/SQL programming and debugging.
• Strong understanding of Oracle’s APPS R12 (AOL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

• Total IT experience of 6+ years.
• 3+ years of Oracle Quoting, Advanced pricing modules. (Preferable).
