Sumsub has over 2,000 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Mercuryo, Bybit, Huobi, Unlimint, DiDi, Poppy and TransferGo.

We are looking for a goal-oriented Post-Sale Solution Architect with a strong architectural mindset who will be able to find the right solution by combining different components of the system.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Communicating with the customers and assisting them with technical questions during the integration stage.
• Helping to select the best approach to build the desired integration scheme.
• Testing integrations.
• Communicating with the product team on product development.

About You:

• Prior relevant experience as a Solution Engineer / Solution Architect in various software designs, languages, and architecture.
• In-depth understanding of coding languages (JavaScript).
• Notion of various operating systems and databases.
• Ability to work independently and solve tasks in a short time and under the pressure of a highly competitive market.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
