What Does Success Look Like
At Sprinklr, you will play a crucial role in our product development team as a Product Engineer. You will be in charge of creating, developing, and maintaining superior software solutions that satisfy our clients' changing needs. Under the direction of the engineering leads, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge features and platform advancements that promote innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Design and build visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces: Focus on creating smooth, data-rich UIs that deliver a seamless user experience while ensuring optimum run-time performance.
• Maintain and modify existing code: Read, understand, and improve robustness while making adjustments.
• Write reusable code: Focus on writing code that satisfies requirements and can be reused in future scenarios.
• Set up alerts and monitor logs: Proactively handle unexpected scenarios through alerts and logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues: Address production issues and identify root causes for resolution.
• Create concise descriptions for code changes: Ensure clear and atomic pull requests for easy review and collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews: Provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate effectively: Work with backend engineers, designers, and product managers for smooth project delivery.

What Makes You Qualified

• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of software development experience specializing in mobile application development.
• Technical Skills:
• React Native Ecosystem: Background in building, scaling, and delivering mobile applications using React Native tech stack.
• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, React Native and a good understanding of Mobile development ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and experience working closely with design teams.
• Proficiency in design patterns, best practices, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with dev testing frameworks and methodologies. This includes unit testing, integration testing and UI testing.
• Experience with tools like Jest, RTL and RNTL is essential.
• Strong expertise in debugging including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in the development and production environments.
• Experience using advanced debugging tools like Chrome DevTools, Reactotron, Flipper, Xcode/Android Studio debuggers to identify and resolve issues related to memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and crashes.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques to ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their best practices.
• Understanding of caching strategies, and pagination to optimize API performance for mobile ecosystem.
