As a RealPage Product Manager, you will help create, maintain, and grow our multifamily SaaS product offerings and integration capabilities. This position will report to a leader at director level or above.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap.
• Understand market needs and competitive position.
• Interact with customers and other stakeholders.
• Review and approve specifications.
• Review and approve training materials and release notes.
• Develop subject-matter expertise for one or more product component areas.
• Conduct customer workshops, demonstrate new and/or enhanced products.
• Research and recommend product pricing as needed.
• Create and/or maintain product profitability, as needed.
• Work across products and lines of business to launch new products and features.
• Facilitate new product or feature market launch, as needed.
• Create and drive domain area strategy, priorities, and quality.
• Define project objectives in accordance with client and business needs.
• Define project ROI, business value and success metrics for the feature/capability.
• Define epic-level scope and minimum product viable for market launch.
• Define milestone dates and drive roll out, as needed.
• Create Idea/Epic/User Stories & prioritize them within area of subject-matter expertise and contribute to UI design.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Post graduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and, product management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and/or user interface design tools.
• Familiarity with various development methodologies including Agile procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of communicating with individuals at all levels.
• Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Must be willing to flex schedule as required to meet customer, global team, and release management requirements.
