About the Role:

SproutsAI seeks a highly experienced Product Manager with 5-6 years of experience in a leading product company. This role requires a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-driven platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. This is an on-site position located in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer feedback, and gather competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor key product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven enhancements to maximize product value.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market penetration.
• Proactively identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and drive product innovation.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of features.
• Serve as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition of our platform to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of product management experience in a leading technology company.
• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in business process automation is highly desirable.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
