What You’ll Be Engaged In -

Leadership & Management: Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using .NET Core. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers. Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of applications through code reviews, testing, and optimization.

Architect and Oversee: Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure alignment with business goals and technical strategy.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and practices troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide support for production environments.

Documentation Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation. Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Key Strengths:

• Proven experience as a lead developer with a strong focus on .NET Core.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
