Looking for  Android Kotlin Team Lead who should have a solid background in Android Kotlin and Java development, as well as extensive experience in leading mobile development teams. 

Role: Android Kotlin Team Lead 

Experience: 6 to 9  Years

Location: Remote 

Work Timings: 8.00 am onwards

Role & Responsibilities of  Android Kotlin Team Lead

• Lead and manage a team of Android developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Drive the development process, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of high-quality Android applications.
• Architect and design robust and scalable Android applications using Kotlin and Java, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Android development and provide technical guidance to the team to promote innovation and excellence.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Android applications and provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates on project progress and milestones.
• Continuously evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for skills development and training to enhance productivity and overall team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Android development, with a focus on Kotlin and Java.
• Proven experience in leading and managing mobile development teams, with a strong track record of successful project deliveries.
• In-depth knowledge of Android development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Android development and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
