Our Enterprise Services organization is looking for an SAP Professional Services Consultant- S/4 HANA Public cloud to support the ERP Professional Services team. The Professional Services consultant is accountable for managing the successful design, build, test and run activities of the Global SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Professional Service module. This role will set and execute on a strategic vision and roadmap for the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and executive leadership. The role will act as a strategic thought partner and liaison between several cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
● Analyze and verify Event Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) standard posting logic to resolve business inquiries.
● Should have knowledge of EBRR in case of Intercompany Billing Process.
● Should have worked in Customer Project Management Integration points for triggering Sales Orders Header to header Mapping and work items to Sales Order Mapping for Fixed Time, Periodic Services, Time & Expenses, Usage Basis Project types.
● Demonstrates extensive experience and a proven record of success leading the teams in configuration of the Professional Services support with focus on Event-Based Revenue Recognition, Customer and internal project management, resource management, time recording, revenue, recognition, project billing and project reporting.
● Define and maintain business requirement documentation standards and collaborate with business partners to ensure that the requirements are captured correctly with clear and complete understanding of process and technology implications.
● Ensure that all ERP Professional Services applications are reliable, resilient, secure, and compliant
Qualifications and Background:
● Involved in SAP S/4 HANA public cloud project implementation or Support.
● Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
● 10+ years SAP experience in large scale implementation projects with at least 7+ years in Professional Services areas.
● 12+ years working in IT.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
● Should have extensive experience leading the teams in configuration and implementation of Professional Services modules.
● In depth Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional consulting. Specialist in Cross module integration, Customer Projects, Internal Projects (Capital/Cost).
● Expert in Project scenarios like Settlement, Result Analysis/Revenue Recognition, Multiple contract Handling in Projects, Various Billing solutions, Cross company.
● Expert in Data Migration strategy- handled huge data for multiple countries.
● Experience in Designing and optimizing End to End SAP Professional Services processes.
● Have working experience in SAP S/4 HANA Professional Services modules with Event-Based Revenue Recognition.
● Exposure to traditional SAP Line of Business solutions like SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Ariba, Concur and SAP Analytics Cloud etc. for integration, extension, and analytics scenarios.
● Experience working with technical and functional resources and following an Agile based delivery method.
● Should have experience in delivering projects with increased efficiency and reduced cost.
● Ability to understand the business requirements and identify areas that need support and growth.
● Demonstrated ability to work on complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors which includes understanding of current business trends.
● Experience with preparing and adhering to an allocated budget. Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and build trust across the organization.
