About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Lead to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Development Lead at PriceLabs, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 5-6 years of experience in sales development.

The working hours for this role will be from: 5:00 P.M. to 1:30 A.M. IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research and reach out to potential enterprise clients in the hospitality industry.
  • Develop, execute and refine targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Manage and grow a team of SDRs, including recruiting, training, mentoring, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the technology or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
