Job Description:

CloudFiles, a leading Document Management app for Salesforce, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be instrumental in leveraging the Salesforce platform to understand our customer requirements & implement CloudFiles functionality within their Salesforce orgs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solution that utilize the CloudFiles app.
• Develop and implement Salesforce flows using the Salesforce Flow Builder and CloudFiles flow actions.
• Provide technical support, debugging and guidance to clients during and after the implementation process.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and CloudFiles updates to optimize and enhance client systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on building Salesforce flows. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder is a must.
• Strong background in translating customer requirements into Salesforce solutions is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.
