In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for tools such as Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, People.AI, Zoominfo, Saleshood, Databook, Decisionlink, Hoovers D&B, Seismic, Validity, Loopio, Lusha, and LeadIQ.
Act as subject matter expert for our GTM tool stack, data, and related processes.
Manage weekly onboarding and offboarding responsibilities to ensure new-hires are provisioned successfully and/or de-provisioned from all related tools upon departure.
Assist with help desk technical and process troubleshooting tickets and requests.
Perform ongoing administrative duties such as creating new users, updating user details, and deactivating users within our tool stack.
Audit and monitor user license allotments on a monthly basis.
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate systems, tools and processes.
Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact.
Participate in end-to-end UAT Testing for tool related improvements.
Partner with Sales Enablement on communicating and educating the field on any tool related system changes.
Oversee and help manage the technical configuration and setup for the Go-to-Market tool stack.
Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize new feature tool requests based on business needs and priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of Sales Operations experience

Knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, People.AI, Zoominfo, Saleshood, Databook, Decisionlink, Hoovers D&B, Lusha, Seismic, Validity, Loopio, and LeadIQ is a strong plus
