What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
5+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, Flows, and Lightning web components.
3+ years working with enterprise-scale software projects utilizing the Salesforce Platform.
Programming background using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Java.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables.
Support QA/ UAT and obtain approval for changes in both test and production environments.
Understands user stories and can provide accurate work estimates.
Respond promptly to support tickets, involving investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of system defects and inquiries related salesforce, which may include troubleshooting APEX, data, interfaces, and other technical components.

Conga CLM experience creating templates and administration.
