Job Description:

CloudFiles, a leading Document Management app for Salesforce, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be instrumental in leveraging the Salesforce platform to understand our customer requirements & implement CloudFiles functionality within their Salesforce orgs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Salesforce flows using the Salesforce Flow Builder and CloudFiles flow actions.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective flows.
• Provide technical support, debugging and guidance to clients during and after the implementation process.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and CloudFiles updates to optimize and enhance client systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on building Salesforce flows.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.
