SDET -Tech Lead

ABOUT THE JOB

Role: SDET - Tech Lead

Reports to: Engineering Manager- SDET

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Build & Lead a team of SDET's/QA’s focussing on quality/ test infrastructure / CI CD Pipelines
• Bring innovation through POC's/tooling & experimentation.
• Build Release engineering team with technical & managerial vision.
• Solve blockers for QA team in day to day work related problems with efficient solutions
• Design, build & maintain UI & backend test automation frameworks with impact metrics.
• Design , build & maintain CI CD pipelines for release productivity, velocity & quality

Qualifications:

• Building automation infra & frameworks from scratch
• Leading technical members and unblock them in their tasks
• Hands on coding in any 1 programming language
• Knowledge on infra tools (Docker/K8s/AWS)
• node.js programming experience
• Already working as a QA Lead
