Headquartered in Austin, TX, with globally distributed teams in the US, Canada, and India

Location: Hyderabad, India (preferred) or Remote within India

Experience: 5-7 years (non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable user interfaces using React.js for our SaaS platform.
• Work closely with the founding team to create data-heavy, interactive dashboards and data visualizations that provide actionable insights for users.
• Design, implement, and optimize frontend features, ensuring they are responsive, fast, and accessible across all devices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to seamlessly integrate data into the frontend, ensuring data flows efficiently and is presented clearly.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards, ensuring the maintainability and scalability of the platform.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Keep up with the latest frontend development trends and technologies, integrating them into the product as appropriate.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior frontend engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills:

• A user-centric mindset, with an eye for detail and design.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience working on SaaS platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tools like Redux, Webpack, and Babel.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS frameworks like SASS or Styled Components.
• Strong experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, or Highcharts.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into frontend applications.
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed team.
