Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. With a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React and a robust understanding of full-stack development practices. This role involves leading the development and implementation of high-quality web applications, driving innovation, and contributing to the evolution of our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and complementary technologies.
• Lead full-stack development projects, ensuring the integration of front-end and back-end components for seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, project managers, QA testers) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement responsive UIs that match or exceed design specifications and provide an optimal user experience across various devices and browsers.
• Contribute to the improvement of our codebase with clean, efficient, and reusable code, adhering to best practices in software development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within our projects.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring the quality and integrity of the codebase.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with security principles and data protection standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on React and its ecosystem.
• Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and popular React workflows (such as Redux or Context API).
• Experience with back-end development, particularly with Node.js and Express, and familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team setting.
