Lead the UX design process to deliver excellent solutions that fit business and product goals, provide customer value, and inspires the team.
Advocate design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including usage data and research findings.
Mentor / direct design team members and lead the design workstream for multiple projects.
Communicates the user experience through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Leads the UX research, design, and testing for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences.
Confidently present design concepts, clearly articulate ideas, and facilitate brainstorming sessions with leaders, developers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with a variety of other stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineering and Development, and QA to inform and iterate your prototypes, also to determine and refine features and priorities as needed.

Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, concept development, building and shipping products (web, mobile apps, responsive designs), building and maintaining design systems, gained from working in an agency, startup, tech company or large organization.
1+ years of experience in design leadership experience and leading product / design teams.
Ability to autonomously drive the design and implementation of complex data in cloud SaaS for enterprise level users.
A strong sense of ownership and excellent communication skills, with a passion for great execution.
Usability and product testing
Expert-level experience using various prototyping and design software (Figma, Miro, Figjam, Balsamiq).
A great portfolio of work showing evidence of advanced skills in user-centered design thinking and problem solving.
Ability to communicate abstract ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Should be willing to come to office atleast 2 - 3 days in a week.
