Requirements:

• Postgraduate in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Behavioral sciences from an institute of repute
• Knowledge and exposure of implementing new-age HR practices w.r.t engagement and talent retention
• Problem-solving approach with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making
• Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Certification in the area of Talent Measurement and Retention tools and instruments is good to have
