We’re a fast-growing technology company on a mission to transform how teams log and manage enterprise data from anywhere. Our iOS product is at the core of this vision, and we’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to drive its development, scalability, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design and develop robust, high-performing iOS applications in Swift, ensuring best practices are followed for security, modularity, and scalability.
• Feature Delivery: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape new features—owning them from concept to release.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, well-documented code and conduct thoughtful code reviews to maintain reliability and performance across the app.
• Optimize Performance: Diagnose performance bottlenecks, and proactively improve UI/UX, battery usage, and network efficiency.
• Integrations: Work with third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., HubSpot, CRM platforms) to enrich our app’s feature set and streamline enterprise workflows.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance on best practices, and help shape the technical roadmap for our iOS platform.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years of iOS Experience: Demonstrated track record shipping iOS applications at scale, preferably in Swift.
• Strong Understanding of iOS Frameworks: UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and networking frameworks.
• Performance-Driven Mindset: Ability to identify and resolve performance issues and memory constraints.
• Experience with APIs & Integrations: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or integrating third-party services.
• App Store Release Cycle: Hands-on expertise with submitting and managing apps in the App Store.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Nice to Have

• Voice/Audio Experience: Working knowledge of voice or audio-related features (speech recognition, transcription).
• CRM Knowledge: Understanding of CRM workflows or previous experience integrating CRM solutions.
• Automation & CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane to streamline app releases.
• Startup Experience: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
