Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technology Operations Analyst to join our central Access management team. This is an amazing opportunity to provide guidance and drive the strategy and execution Access Management activities across the enterprise e.g. provisioning, decommissioning, access reviews and integration.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- University or College education in Computer Science.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- Extensive experience in SharePoint Online administration, including permissions management, content governance, site collections, permissions, workflows, and content management.
- Proficiency in using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create and manage business solutions and ability to develop and maintain custom applications and workflows using Power Platform.
- Expertise in managing Power Platform workflows that integrate across O365
- Experience in enterprise directory architecture and design including significant knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
It would be great if you also had . . .
- 1+ years of experience with Identity Management solutions such as CA IDM, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and drive solution design and architecture.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Engaging in all aspects of Access Management from software deployment to licence provisioning and rights management
- Participate in security audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our compliance posture
- Making improvements to the current processes with a focus on automation and developing a foundational IAM framework
- Work closely with design and implementation engineers across teams and come up with appropriate solutions.
- Partner with application, technology, and security teams across Clarivate to provide technical expertise, design guidance and drive solutions following best practices.
- Create and deliver effective presentations that inform Clarivate Leadership teams to ultimately drive business-relevant decisions.
- Specify guidelines and supporting processes for integration, administration, and maintenance.
- Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation, or requirements for associated projects.
- Create and maintain documentation for appropriate Access Management related activities and metric reporting.
