We’re a fast-growing technology company on a mission to transform how teams log and manage enterprise data from anywhere. Our Android product is at the core of this vision, and we’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer with deep Kotlin expertise to drive its development, scalability, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design and develop robust, high-performing Android applications in Kotlin, adopting best practices around security, modularity, and scalability.
• Feature Delivery: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to conceptualize, build, and launch new features—owning them end-to-end.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, well-organized code and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain reliability and consistency across the product.
• Optimize Performance: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize app functionality, and continuously enhance battery, UI/UX, and network efficiency.
• Integrations: Work with third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., CRM platforms) to expand our platform’s capabilities and enable powerful enterprise workflows.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, guide architectural decisions, and help shape the technical roadmap for our Android platform.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years of Android Experience: Proven track record of delivering Android applications at scale, primarily using Kotlin.
• In-Depth Knowledge of Android Frameworks: Experience with Jetpack components (Compose, Room, WorkManager), coroutines, and MVVM or similar architectures.
• Performance-Driven Mindset: Skilled at diagnosing and resolving performance or memory-related issues.
• API & Integration Skills: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or integrating diverse third-party services.
• Play Store Expertise: Hands-on experience with publishing and managing apps on the Google Play Store.
• Strong Communication: Ability to work across diverse teams and explain complex technical ideas succinctly.

Nice to Have

• Voice/Audio Experience: Background in speech recognition, transcription, or related audio services.
• CRM Knowledge: Experience working with CRM platforms and understanding common CRM workflows.
• CI/CD & Automation: Knowledge of tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Fastlane to streamline releases.
• Startup Background: Comfortable in dynamic environments that often require rapid iteration and scaling.
