You Are:
You are a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience, adept at managing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations. Your expertise spans across compute, storage, networks, data centers, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. You possess a proven ability to translate business requirements into strategic programs and initiatives, and you excel in building and managing large, high-functioning teams. Your strong collaboration and communication skills enable you to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders, creating synergies and adopting best practices. You thrive in a leadership role, driving outcome-based delivery and making a significant impact through your leadership skills and "Yes If" mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* End-to-end ownership and operational excellence of 24*7 global IT support operations, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, quality and compliance, stakeholder communication, customer satisfaction, and risk/issue identification and mitigation.
* Driving strategic initiatives related to continuous improvements, including automation initiatives to reduce incident volumes, improve customer experience, enhance employee productivity, add value, optimize costs, and implement best industry standards.
* Planning and implementing self-service portals and chatbots to enhance customer experience and enable IT as a strategic partner for business units.
* Leading weekly reporting, QBR, CoE reviews, project reviews, and major outage reviews.
* Managing people through hiring, mentoring, upskilling, training/certification, succession planning, and improving employee engagement.
* Ensuring strong governance and compliance in alignment with organizational guidelines.
