Job Requirement:

• Prior experience in organizations with sound HR processes
• Prior experience at a Product based firm or process oriented tech firm is good to have
• Prior Startup experience is is good to have
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking
• Demonstrated ability to coach operations managers and supervisors
• Demonstrated ability in partnering with business to develop solutions
• Self-starter and result oriented
