You will report to Harish Sundaram, Group Product Manager within the NCM Product Management team. Harish guides a team of Product Managers focused on Cost and Security Governance. He transitioned from a Cloud Economist role at Nutanix to Product Management 5 years ago and continues to build on the Cloud Cost and governance market opportunity. Harish is currently living in Bangalore, India with his wife and four-year-old daughter.

Your Role

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for NCM cost governance with a strong focus on creating an integrated Cloud Management experience for traditional and modern apps.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate it into prioritized requirements to guide product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document product feature requirements and ensure a clear messaging and enablement strategy for partners and field teams.
• Establish yourself as an expert in cost governance and optimization, aiming to become a thought leader in the FinOps space.
• Take ownership of the Cost Governance charter within NCM, increase feature adoption among customers, and develop a strategic plan for top growth initiatives over the next 2-3 years.

What You Will Bring

• Strong technical background with engineering, an MBA will be a plus
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Proficiency in cloud cost management, enterprise data center products, virtualization, and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 out of AWS, Azure, GCP platforms
• Expertise in Enterprise SaaS, FinOps, usage and billing for data center infrastructure or cloud platforms
• Prior experience with cloud financial products is a huge plus.
