About the role

We’re looking for a rockstar Product Marketing Manager looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own the entire product marketing function to drive product adoption, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and own our Product marketing strategy & activities, across product launches, customer/competitor research initiatives & sales enablement programs
  • Craft OrbitShift’s online brand in line with our vision & goals
  • Work closely with founders to establish major go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer & competitor analysis, follow and analyze market trends to position our product for our target audience
  • Develop & execute product marketing strategies and campaigns (messaging, pricing, advertising, product launching), and own marketing budget & ROI
  • Collaborate with various teams like Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, etc to implement marketing strategies
  • Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy
  • Identify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of all our marketing campaigns & product usage
  • Analyze sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales, highlighting our value proposition
  • Create training materials and programs for the sales & customer success teams
  • Create strong online momentum ahead of and during product launches, key company milestones & own PR
  • Organize and run product-focused events and webinars to engage customers and prospects

Requirements

  • Mandatory- 5+ years of relevant Product Marketing experience in Series B stage, B2B SaaS startups targeted to US Enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful marketing campaigns for similar products for similar audience
  • Deep knowledge of strategies for different types of integrated marketing campaigns, market trends, marketing channels, etc
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation, SEO marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, blog management, website management, social media management, paid ads, analytics, etc
  • Proficiency using CRMs & web analytics tools like Google Analytics, etc
  • Stellar research, presentation, content-writing, communication, project & program management skills
  • Good technical proficiency & understanding of complex tech products
  • Proven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Product, Strategy, etc is required. Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
