Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, performing automated and manual testing, identifying and reporting defects, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. The Senior QA Analyst will also be responsible for mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies
• Perform both manual and automated testing, identify and report defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products
• Continuously improve and update testing processes and methodologies
• Develop and maintain test documentation including test cases, scripts, and reports
• Ensure that all products meet established standards and requirements

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Experience with automation testing tools/frameworks (e.g. Selenium, JMeter, Cucumber etc.)
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
