Senior Solution Engineering Consultant

Job Description :

• Participate in the Roadmap and services portfolio meetings, along with Sr Management, Sales, and Architects.
• You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs).
• Experience in COTS products, E2E Presales, Oracle BRM Data model
• Knowledge of BSS/OSS Architecture, key sub systems and components - provisioning, Order management, Inventory management, Customer relationship management and integration with third party systems like Taxation, Payment gateway.
• Knowledge of customer journey- s, fulfillment and billing for several lines of businesses within telecommunication, media and cable MSO space.
