We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Solutions Analyst for Clarivate's Bengaluru office. This role presents a particular focus on an innovative project in the Sales and Finance sectors. You will report to the Director of Software Engineering, Application Integration, and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams of 6-10 members within a larger project framework.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Atleast of 5 years' tenure as a Solution Analyst in software development.
• A bachelor's degree in a pertinent technical or science field.
• Proficient in developing and executing software development strategies.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and validation, along with familiarity with requirements tracking tools like JIRA, Wiki, SharePoint, or similar.
• A solid grasp of Agile methodologies or lean business process techniques.
• Competency in writing straightforward SQL queries for data extraction from databases.

It would be great if you also had . . .

• A post graduate qualification in a business or scientific discipline
• Experience of working on the integration project on platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle EBS, Boomi, WebMethods.
• Desired technical attributes: Experience in the design and development of REST/SOAP web services; Data modelling; Data analysis and data visualization skills

What will you be doing in this role?

• Oversee the entire development process for specific projects, from initial concept development to product launch.
• Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders to facilitate the elicitation, analysis, communication, and validation of business and user requirements.
• Ensure a healthy backlog for the development team to work on, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date customer facing documentation, including Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) and User Requirements Specifications (URS).

Our team includes over 20 professionals ranging from Technical Architects and Managers to Software Engineers, spread across the US and India. We work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments such as sales operations, product management, finance, tax, order and billing management, commercial policy and pricing, contract management, customer service, and external reporting. Our primary focus is on providing application integration and platform services for sales, finance, and corporate applications & platform.
