Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Services Engineer at SenseGrow Inc. located in Gurugram. The Senior Technical Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and utilizing analytical skills to improve machine reliability and performance. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and customers will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical Services and Technical Support skills
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimization
• Troubleshooting experience in complex technical environments
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration
• Experience in IoT, Predictive Maintenance, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
• Certifications in relevant technologies or services is a plus
